SHIPPING 𓆏♡

Shipping is available to US residents only at the moment. All packages are shipped and tracked through USPS EXCLUDING STICKER ONLY SALES. A tracking number will be sent to the email you enter at checkout. If you are ONLY purchasing stickers, there is currently no tracking for that. Please look forward to that in the future!

If your package isn't received after the tracking number says it's delivered, please contact your local post office about locating it. Once I hand the package to USPS there is very little that I can do, but I am more than willing to help.

Packages are usually sent out once a week. Allow 1-3 weeks for your package to be delivered.

If a package is returned to me, and it is not a mistake on my part, the customer will be asked to pay the full shipping cost in order for the package to be resent.

REFUNDS/RETURNS 𓆏♡

Currently, at this time, there are no refunds or returns. Art takes extensive amounts of time, love, and energy to create. Photos shown are the EXACT product you will receive, so please be sure you're committed to the purchase! 

If something arrives broken, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we will talk about a solution.
